In the context of the strong work we have been carrying out to achieve the development of families in El Soberbio, Misiones, we have signed an important agreement with the Municipality. On this occasion, there are four key points to highlight that make a difference:
• We commit, together, to generate more than 800 annual trade certifications with the concrete possibility of secure employment, emphasizing the job pool from the municipality, local chambers, and regional companies.
• The human resource is professionalized and empowered to achieve the established objectives.
• The Municipality provides us with a piece of land on loan for the construction of a groundbreaking trade center, offering opportunities to the entire population of El Soberbio and its neighboring villages.
• Professional courses will be offered, aimed at keeping up with the technological future we are facing, and a research and development department for the industry sector will be established.

During the signing of the agreement, we were joined by Roque Soboczinski, the Mayor of El Soberbio, Ricardo Leiva, the Vice Mayor, and the council members. Representing Pequeños Pasos were Matías Ronconi and Darío Cortese, President and Vice President of Pequeños Pasos, and Fernando Bilbao, Director of Logistics and New Ventures for the NGO.
We also had the important presence of Deputy Sonia Rojas, with whom we are thinking and planning the next steps to make this venture a model for the entire country.
We appreciate Banco Macro, Diego Rabolini, and Omar for their consistent support at every step we take.

About Pequeños Pasos
We are an NGO that has been supporting families at social risk in Argentina for 16 years, providing opportunities for sustainable development. Our programs for ‘Early Childhood,’ ‘Childhood and Adolescence,’ and ‘Trades’ aim to offer comprehensive care, improving the health, education, employment, and housing of the beneficiaries.
We work throughout the country in communities with the highest rates of vulnerability. Currently, we assist more than 40,000 people in Jujuy, Salta, Tucumán, Santa Fe, Misiones, Río Negro, Tierra del Fuego, La Boca, Quilmes, San Martín, Tigre, and La Matanza.
Among our projects, we highlight the construction and operation of the Guillermo Donaire Satellite School in El Soberbio, Misiones; the Professional Kitchen in the town of San Martín, and the Early Childhood Space in Ushuaia.
This year, we were honored with the Country Brand certificate, which allows us to represent our country internationally, promote the values that make Argentina a better place, and bring our voice and charitable actions to the world.
