Partnerships Driving Vocational Workshops and a New Technology Learning Space

In Vaqueros, at the foot of the hills, dreams are turning into real opportunities. Young people and adults are gaining skills, starting projects, and building a future with more possibilities. 💪

Today we celebrate a strategic partnership with the “Fundación Sumando Manos”, which has decided to support and strengthen our vocational workshops at the Vaqueros site. Thanks to their support, courses in carpentry, IT, pastry, electricity, sewing, and cooking continue, each opening doors to autonomy, employment, and inclusion.

In addition, the addition of the IT workshop is a highlight of this second part of the year, filling us with excitement and allowing us to take our training programs to the next level. In August, Darío Cortese visited the Technology Hub and met with coordinator Patricia Viveros to explore new digital learning opportunities for the community.

Earlier, during a visit by Yesica Avejera, national Director of Vocational Training, we were welcomed by Mayor Diego Sumbay, with whom we are planning to expand our workshops to more areas of the province, such as the Municipality of La Caldera.
