Sweet holidays with Sole Nardelli

The federal initiative with chefs in 6 regions

From Barcelona, Sole Nardelli shared her exquisite recipe with us, which was used by teachers and students in our culinary workshops at various trade centers in Argentina.

“Education is freedom, it is creating dignity, and that is why it is so important to support it.” – Sole Nardelli.

What made this initiative unique was its federal and supportive nature: top chefs from various provinces joined the project, joining forces. From Misiones, Gunther Moros; from Jujuy, Walter Leal; from Buenos Aires, Martín Molteni; from Neuquén, Julieta Caruso; and from Ushuaia, Jorge Monopoli.
