Gloria from the Real Madrid Foundation visits us

A meeting that strengthens ties and projects new challenges.

In May, we welcomed Gloria Castillo Vega, Project Director of the Real Madrid Foundation, to our Loma Hermosa campus for the first time, as part of the social sports school project we have been developing together for three years.

During her visit, Gloria participated in a meeting with the management team where management reports were presented, toured the Loma Hermosa neighborhood, and participated in a class from the «Cocina Kids» workshop.

Later, there was an emotional reunion with the children who traveled to Madrid in October 2024 and a visit to the field where mixed soccer classes are taught.

Gloria’s visit marked a new impetus for expanding the project to other locations across the country, consolidating a comprehensive support model that focuses on inclusion, training, and the development of opportunities from an early age.

Our Childhood and Adolescence program celebrated its 10th anniversary and today supports more than 850 children and adolescents with academic support, dance workshops, personal development, cooking, and sports.

These activities are essential for promoting values-based education and providing key tools for adolescents and young people. They also help prevent risky situations such as problematic substance use, abuse, child labor, and school dropouts, among other issues encountered in highly vulnerable contexts.

Thank you, Gloria, for your visit! It reenergized our entire team. This meeting allows us to appreciate everything we’ve accomplished while also looking ahead.
