Building Global Bridges with Our Heart in Argentina

A trip to Madrid that opened new doors to strengthen Pequeños Pasos’ mission around the world.

On a recent trip to Madrid, Matías Ronconi and Ramiro Perez La Rosa were welcomed by Argentina’s new Ambassador to Spain, Wenceslao Bunge, with whom they agreed to work together on initiatives to engage more companies and collaborators from Europe.

Throughout the visit, key meetings took place with representatives from different sectors:

At Piantao, hosted by chef Javier Brichetto, they shared projects and explored new opportunities for collaboration with representatives from the Real Madrid Foundation, Vanquish Sports, and Indra/Minsait.

At Globant Spain, they advanced initiatives for corporate volunteering and fundraising events.

With Agustín Daza, they worked on strategies to engage companies in the Social Agreement for Argentina.

At the Hotel Emperador Madrid, they planned benefit events and confirmed the hotel’s support as a monthly contributor to the Social Agreement.

With Francisco Rey Petit, CEO, they began planning the Christmas Solidarity Market in Madrid, a new opportunity to raise funds and bring visibility to our cause.

As a symbolic gesture, in every meeting they shared blue-and-white ribbons donated by Anita Jasminoy, offering a small piece of Argentina to each person who welcomed them.

This journey reinforces our purpose: to build bridges, bring people together, and expand the impact of Pequeños Pasos beyond borders—always with our heart in Argentina
